Optical Grating Reflector
Overview
The optical fiber reflector is installed at the user end point of the optical network, using a fiber grating to reflect the 1625nm or 1650nm monitoring signal, as long as the OTDR is connected to the front end of the optical network, when the presence of the center wavelength is detected, the optical fiber connection of the user terminal is normal; If the center wavelength does not exist or the reflection value is reduced, indicating that the user terminal fiber damage or fracture, maintenance is required, so as to achieve fast online detection of the optical fiber line; and does not affect the normal communication of other communication signals.
